1. What You're Agreeing To

Using ChatPig — browsing the site, starting a match, buying anything — means you accept these terms. If you don't, the honest answer is simple: don't use the service. If you use ChatPig on behalf of an organisation, you're confirming you're allowed to bind it.

These terms cover everything under the ChatPig name: the website, random matching, private chats, the free daily matches, and any paid features.

2. Who Can Use ChatPig

ChatPig is for people who meet the minimum age their local law sets for a service like this. Using the site is you confirming that — and confirming that you've never been banned from the platform before.

Accounts are personal. Don't share yours, sell it, or hand it to someone who doesn't meet that requirement. If an account looks like it's being used by someone too young, we can restrict or close it.

3. What ChatPig Actually Is

ChatPig is a random video chat service that runs in your browser: it pairs you with another person who is online right now for a private one-on-one conversation, by video, voice or text. The mechanics are laid out on how ChatPig works.

Two things follow from that. First, the product changes — features arrive, evolve and sometimes leave, and uninterrupted availability isn't something live video on the open internet can promise. Second, ChatPig connects you with other people; it does not confirm who they are, stand behind them, or watch conversations as they happen.

4. Your Camera, Your Content

What you create stays yours. Showing content on ChatPig grants us the licence needed to transmit and display it so the service can function — nothing more exotic than that.

But be clear-eyed about the other side of the lens: whatever appears on your camera can be captured by the person watching — a screenshot, recording software, or simply a second phone pointed at the screen — and no setting on our side can stop that. Don't show what you wouldn't want outliving the conversation.

5. House Rules

ChatPig works because the default mood is friendly. Keep it that way. Do not:

• Bully, threaten or lean on anyone
• Keep messaging someone after they've ended things
• Capture or pass around another person's content without their say-so
• Expose anyone's private information
• Ask users for money, gift cards, crypto or payments of any kind
• Request passwords, verification codes or banking details
• Pretend to be someone else — including ChatPig staff
• Run bots, scrapers or other automation against the service
• Probe, flood or reverse-engineer the platform
• Use ChatPig in a way that breaks the law where you live

6. Matching, Next and Blocking

Matching pairs you with another available person in real time. How long that takes depends on how many people are online and on your connection — any speed figures on this site describe typical conditions, not guarantees.

Next closes the current match and looks for another; that's a feature, not an insult. Block prevents further contact. Report hands our review team the context to look into behaviour. Use them — they're the enforcement layer you control.

7. Free Matches, Coins and Recharges

Every user receives a set of free matches each day. That allowance is a gift with a limit, it can change, and it's not an unlimited-free-forever promise.

Past the daily allowance, optional paid features — coins and recharges — unlock continued use. Prices and what they include are always displayed before you confirm a purchase, and that display is what governs; this page deliberately names no figures, because numbers in a legal document go stale.

Coins are a licence to use features inside ChatPig. They're not money, not a deposit, can't leave the platform, and have no cash value. Refunds follow the terms shown at the moment of purchase and the law that applies to you. If a bill looks wrong, talk to us first — the Help & FAQ page is the fastest fix — because a chargeback raised without contacting us may lead to the account being restricted.

8. Other Services We Rely On

Payment processing, analytics and infrastructure come from third parties operating under their own terms and privacy practices. ChatPig may also link out to sites we don't run; a link is not an endorsement.

9. Our Name and Our Code

The ChatPig name, brand, design and the software underneath belong to ChatPig and its licensors. What these terms give you is a personal licence to use the service, one we can revoke — not permission to copy it, resell it, or build your own product on top of it.

10. When Rules Get Broken

Break these terms and the consequences scale with what a review turns up: a warning, limited features, a suspension, or a permanent goodbye. Serious cases can be handed to the appropriate authorities. If an account is removed for breaking the rules, any coins left in it generally aren't refunded.

You can stop using ChatPig whenever you like. On our side, we can suspend or close access when rules are broken, when the law says so, or when keeping an account active would put other users at risk.

11. The Privacy Side

12. The Fine Print on Liability

ChatPig is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular kind of person will be online when you are.

We can't vouch for who other users really are, how they'll behave or what they're after, and meeting people online carries a risk no platform can erase. As far as the law permits, ChatPig isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for what other users do. Where the law forbids limiting a liability, this page doesn't limit it.

13. Changes, Questions and Where to Write

These terms evolve with the product. If you keep using ChatPig after an update, you're accepting the new version; big changes will be flagged where we reasonably can.
