Talk to a Human

Real people read every message that lands in our inbox — support questions, feedback and business notes alike.

  • We reply
  • Report issues
  • Tech fixes
  • Feedback welcome

Support email: support[at]chatpig.online
The odd [at] spelling is deliberate camouflage against scraper bots — swap it for a regular @ when you write.

Before You Write: Three Faster Fixes

The three most common reasons people contact ChatPig support all have a faster route than the inbox:

  • Camera or microphone trouble — it's almost always a browser permission, and the fixes in the Help & FAQ take about two minutes.
  • Someone crossed a line in a chat — report them from inside the conversation rather than emailing. That route delivers the chat context to our reviewers automatically, and the safety page shows exactly how.
  • Wondering how matching or the free chats work — the answer is on how ChatPig works, in plain language.

What to Write About (and What to Say)

  • Billing and recharges — send roughly when the payment happened and the receipt your payment provider emailed you. If your balance looks wrong, reload and sign back in first — a fresh sync often fixes it.
  • Technical problems — tell us your device, your browser, what you expected, and what you actually got. A screenshot of an error message beats a paragraph of description.
  • Safety follow-ups — the other person's display name, roughly when it happened, and a short factual account. Send only what explains the situation.
  • Business and partnerships — same address, but put what you're proposing in the first two lines. Unsolicited mass pitches are not guaranteed a reply.

Never put your password, any one-time security code or a complete card number in an email — not to us, not to anyone. ChatPig staff won't ask for them, so any request for them is itself worth reporting.

How Fast Do We Reply?

We read everything, and most messages get an answer within a couple of days — faster when the first email already contains the details above. If yours is urgent and safety-related, say so in the subject line.

One honest limitation: ChatPig support can't help in an emergency. If there's immediate danger or a crime happening, call your local emergency number first — we're the follow-up, not the first responders.

What Support Can't Do

A few honest boundaries, so nobody wastes an email:

  • We can't hand you another user's personal information
  • We can't tell you what happened to an account after you reported it
  • We can't pull back content you already showed or sent to someone
  • We can't act as an emergency service

Everything else — a payment that didn't land, a feature you can't access, a technical problem that survived the troubleshooting steps, an idea for what ChatPig should do next — is exactly what this inbox is for.

Contact FAQ

What is the ChatPig support email?

The address shown at the top of this page, spelled with [at] as camouflage against spam bots. Swap it for a regular @ and it reaches the same inbox whether your question is technical, billing, safety or privacy.

How long does a reply usually take?

We read every message, and most get an answer within a couple of days. Including your device, browser and roughly when the problem happened usually skips a round trip and speeds things up.

Should I report a user by email?

No — use the report control inside the chat instead. It reaches our reviewers together with the chat context, which an email can't carry. Email is the right follow-up when a report needs extra evidence.

Will ChatPig support ever ask for my password?

Never. We also never need security codes or a complete card number. Anyone asking for those is not from ChatPig, whatever the message looks like.

I have a billing question. What should I send?

Roughly when the payment happened and the receipt your payment provider emailed you. If your balance simply looks wrong, reload and sign out and in again first — balances sometimes just lag behind.

While You Wait

If your question is handled and you're still in the mood, there's a fresh set of free matches waiting for you — someone interesting is probably online right now.
